Orders, privacy and returns

Custom requests and payment

Submitting a request does not create an order and no payment is taken through this website. Merchcrafter will review product availability, artwork and production requirements before confirming the final price. Production begins only after the customer approves the proof and price and completes the agreed payment.

Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling and other supplied details on the approved proof.

Personalised products and returns

Because personalised items are made specifically for the customer, change-of-mind returns may not be available after production begins. This does not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or does not match the approved order, contact Merchcrafter so an appropriate remedy can be arranged.

Artwork and copyright

Customers must have permission to use any photos, logos, artwork or other content they submit. Merchcrafter may decline material that appears unlawful, unsafe, offensive or likely to infringe another person's rights. Uploaded files are used only to assess, prepare and fulfil the customer's request unless separate permission is provided.

Privacy

Merchcrafter collects the contact details, delivery preferences, request information and uploaded files needed to prepare quotes and personalised products. This information is not sold. It may be provided to service providers only where needed to operate the website, communicate with the customer or fulfil an agreed order.

Pickup, delivery and timing

Available options currently include Whyalla pickup, Whyalla local delivery and arranging collection in person. Timing and any delivery cost are confirmed with the quote. A requested date is not guaranteed until Merchcrafter confirms it.

Product previews

Website previews are positioning guides. Screen colours, crop, product curvature, material finish and scale can vary from the finished product. Merchcrafter reviews the design and provides the production proof or confirmation that controls the final order.
